30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your USM Haller furniture. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned
  • Sale items may be final sale

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact us at contact@usmstyle.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping address
  3. Pack the item securely in original packaging
  4. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
